Elixant Hosting strives to maintain a 99.7% network and server uptime service level. This uptime percentage is a monthly figure, and is calculated solely by Elixant Hosting monitoring systems or Elixant Hosting authorized/contracted outside monitoring services. If Elixant Hosting fails to meet its 99.7% uptime guarantee, credits will be made available to each client, upon request, on a case by case basis. Elixant Hosting does not credit a full month's service for minor downtime. Partial credit is normally issued for minor downtime, but full refunds may be issued in extreme cases.
