With each hosting account comes an incredible piece of mind; you can try our service risk-free for 30 days. However, if you decide that you would like to cancel your service, you must contact a customer service representative WITHIN 30 days from the signup date for your service. If you wish to keep the service, no action is required on your part; our system will continue billing you after the 30 day money back period unless you cancel within that time. If you violate any portion of this TOS/AUP, you immediately nullify this full refund offer. After 30 days, refunds may be issued for the remainder of your billing cycle, but you WILL be charged for services received before the day of cancellation.
